Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of network devices and a server. The goods offered should:
1) be of high quality, brand new, free from material and legal defects, the technical solutions used must meet modern standards; it is not allowed to offer factory-made goods refurbished,
2) come from mass production, it is not allowed to offer prototype goods,
3) be marked in such a way that both the product and the manufacturer can be identified,
4) be fully adapted to be powered by an electrical network with parameters consistent with standards in force in Poland,
5) have the certificates and CE marking required by law, as well as approvals allowing for sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
6) meet the requirements arising from occupational health and safety regulations in force in the Republic of Poland Polish,
7) be complete.

The terms of execution of the subject of the order have been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
