Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of network devices with the software.
2. The subject of the contract is:
1) performing an analysis of the contracting authority, referred to in Annex 1 to SWZ, and after taking into account the conclusions from the adopted environmental analysis, preparation of a technical design, meeting the assumptions of the Employer regarding the subject of the contract;
2) delivery of specified equipment with all components necessary for assembly and necessary software;
3) Implementation of the LAN access system, in accordance with the requirements of the Employer, about which speech in Annex 1 to the contract;
4) implementation of the network management, monitoring and automation system in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority referred to in Annex 1 to the contract;
5) providing software rights, hereinafter referred to as the subscription together with the contractor obtained the manufacturer's obligation to provide warranty services and technical support services for a period of 12 months, constituting the contractor's obligation to provide by a third party within the meaning of Art. 391 KC;
6) receiving tests;
7) conducting instructions for employees of the Ordering Party from launch, configuration and administration of network devices, management, monitoring and network automation system, as well as the authentication system of access to LAN;
8) Preparation and delivery of as -built documentation to the Employer.
