Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of network devices with the technical support service and a warranty for a period of 36 months.
Delivery for the location of devices;
providing the ordering documentation and other data and documents about which speech in points 6.5 and 6.6 OPZ and providing the partnership certificate referred to in point 6.7 OPZ;
Ensuring the manufacturer's or entity's warranty authorized by the manufacturer for devices and the provision of technical support for devices.
3. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first he will examine and evaluate the offers, and then make the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest assessed, in the absence of grounds exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
5. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with connection with the processing of personal data and on free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, "GDPR".
6. The Contractor submits an offer via the Esaming platform Public Procurement Office - https://ezamania.gov.pl/pl/.
