Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement regarding the supply of network switches, later called the "assortment".
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 5 to SWZ (appropriate for the task) and chapter XIX SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party allows the possibility submitting partial offers broken down into tasks:
1) Task No. 1 - Delivery of network switches type A;
2) Task No. 2 - Delivery of switches network type B.
13 para. 1 and 2 of the Parliament Regulation European Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation) (i.e. Journal of Laws of EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR", the contracting authority informs that:
