Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of network switches with a service contract. Delivery must be one -off. The contract must provide technical support provided by phone and e -mail by the equipment manufacturer. It must also allow access to new software versions Throughout the duration of the contract, as well as access to knowledge bases and configuration guides. The service contract must be visible on the manufacturer's portal (Contract No. and Duration). A detailed description of the order can be found in Annex 3 to SWZ- description of the subject of the contract.
All The supplied devices must create a homogeneous hardware environment- to come from the same equipment manufacturer.
The devices must meet environmental criteria and be in line with the European Union RoHS directive about the elimination of hazardous substances.
2. Delivery: the headquarters of the Ordering Party ul. Cybulskiego 34 in Wrocław. Supply of equipment and all activities related to it will be carried out by the Contractor
on business days from 9:00 to 15:00.
Before starting the delivery, the Contractor is obliged to deliver to the Ordering Party by e -mail to the address sekretariat.dui@uwr.edu.pl With a minimum of 3-day in advance, notification containing at least: date and time of delivery and a detailed list of equipment supplied as part of the delivery with detailing their names and numbers.
