Description, size and scope of the subject of the contract:

2) The contracting authority divided the subject of the order into 6 parts (packages 1-6), as described in the attachment No. 7 to SWZ.
3) The products offered in the proceedings have all the necessary certificates, including declarations of compliance, are in line with the standards in force in the European Union, meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and required by the provisions superior admission and use.
4) Other requirements regarding the performance of the contract and the principles of cooperation between the contracting authority and the Contractor are specified in the proposed provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
