Description:
1. Delivery of a new 7 passenger car for the needs of the Poviat Eldership in Poznań. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the contractor: 1) provide a car within 20 weeks from the date of signing the contract. 2) will be provided by a brand new car, produced in 2025, spending the conditions for admission to road traffic. 3) will provide a car that has a zero inspection made by the contractor and at its expense, which will be recorded in the car warranty book. 4) will provide Car refuel to the half of the fuel tank. 5) Registered car on behalf of the ordering service in the city of Poznań or the Poznań poviat. Guarantee for body perforations and a minimum of 2 years at Painting Power (warranty period for poviat, the painter will provide the contractor before signing contracts). 8) The ordering one requires the contract for the brand, model, equipment version, engine power (HP) and the engine capacity (L) of the offered car.
