Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of 44.4 tons of activated powdered carbon - used for the treatment of drinking water (hereinafter: "Product"). 2. The scope of this task will be completed in its entirety. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in the Annex No. 5 to SWZ. 4. Detailed terms and conditions of the order are set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. The means of proof in question: 5.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requests that the Contractor submit together the following means of evidence with the offer: 1) a current Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute of Hygiene, authorizing the Product for use in water intended for human consumption; 2) Technical Specification of the offered Product. Attention: The Technical Specification should confirm compliance with all requirements specified in point 2 section 2.1. Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - i.e. in the Description of the Subject of the contract. The Ordering Party requires that the Technical Specification include specific numerical values for each of the parameters indicated in point 2 section 2.1. Annex No. 5 to the SWZ [except data regarding origin]. The Ordering Party will accept equivalent means of evidence if they confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
