Description:
The subject of the order is: 1.1 Sale and delivery of 1 piece of a brand new backhoe loader with accessories, free from defects, brand new, intended for municipal tasks aimed at civil protection and civil defense, together with additional equipment: - 6-in-one bucket with forks and teeth (loading, scraping, clearing debris);- replaceable rear bucket (digging);- bucket with a grab (clamshell), (reloading);- slope bucket (grading);1.2 The vehicle must be approved for traffic on public roads in accordance with applicable regulations;1.3 The presented parameters of the subject of the order constitute the technical and qualitative minimum expected by the Ordering Party; 1.4 Provisions regarding the subject of the order are specified in the draft contract. All products and delivery parameters are specified in detail in Chapter IV SWZ.
