Description:
The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for the supply of a new generation nucleic acid sequencer in connection with the implementation of the project titled: "Center for the Development of Therapy for Civilization and Age-Related Diseases" (CDT-CARD) under the Smart Development Operational Program2014-2020. The subject of the order is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 under contract No. POIR.04.02.00-00-D023/20 concluded between the Information Processing Center - National Research Instituteand the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum. The contractor must submit the evidence described in point 5) of the SWZ together with the offer. The Ordering Party requires a deposit in accordance with the provisions of point 25) SWZ.
