Description:
The subject of the contract includes the delivery to the seat of the Employer 7 Factory new, low -floor, three -part, two -way trams with a length of 24 m to 26 m, including 2 pieces of trams adapted for driving lessons along with the delivery of specialized service equipment and packageoperational and performance and technical documentation including licenses and software, as well as conducting training of the ordering personnel. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of applying the right of options referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the ActPZP), consisting in the delivery of the Ordering Party to a maximum of 9 additional plays of factory new, low -floor, three -part, two -way trams with a length of 24 m to 26 m together with technical documentation, including licenses and software. The subject of the order wasspecified in detail in the contract template (Annex 1 to SWZ) and the description of the subject of the contract - the technical specification of the tram (Annex 2 to SWZ).
