Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a new matrix and the expansion of the possessed.
2. The subject of the contract was divided into parts:
1) Part 1 - Delivery of a new matrix;
2) Part 2 - Expansion of the existing disk matrix by supplying 30 disks to the matrix with a disk shelf.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) for individual parts specify:
1) Annex 1A to SWZ - OPZ (Part 1) and Annex 4A to SWZ - contract template for 1 part of the order;
2) Annex 1B to SWZ - OPZ (Part 2) and Annex 4B to SWZ - contract template for 2 parts orders.
