- The subject of the contract is the implementation and delivery of a new average rescue and firefighting car for the Ursus Volunteer Fire Brigade. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by the technical specification of the new average rescue and firefighting car. which indicates the minimum at the same time Technical requirements that the contractor's offer must meet - Annex 1 to SWZ. The subject of the contract covered by this procedure: • It must be new, complete and free from construction, material and executive defects, ready to register and use, • cannot be limited by the rights of persons third, it cannot be the subject of any proceedings and security (the contractor has the full right to dispose of). The subject of the contract also includes:
• starting the vehicle supplied,

• Granting warranty for a minimum period on the chassis - 24 months, for building - 24 months, for additional equipment 12 months on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty and confirmed by separate warranty documents provided with the vehicle. Upon the issue of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to transfer the property to the Employer
