Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a new, mobile generating set for the needs of the Health Care Complex in Oświęcim as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program in 2025 in the Owicz poviat.2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be brand new, unused, complete, free from construction, material and quality defects, ready for use without the need to make any additional investment purchases (having all accessories necessary for use), has no traces of use, meets the requirements of applicable standards and regulations rights and not be subject to the rights of third parties. Exhibition, reconditioned and demonstration items are not allowed.3. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with operating instructions prepared in Polish, technical and commissioning documentation, warranty cards and any other documents necessary for proper operation and effective registration of the subject of the order together with the delivery of devices.4. Place of delivery: Health Care Complex in Wicze, ul. Uaska 28, 99-400 owicz.
