Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of this order is the purchase and delivery of a new passenger and delivery car with a fully electric drive for the Logistics Department of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No.1 to SWZ description of the subject of the order, 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the Ordering Party defining the subject of the order are minimum conditions that the Ordering Party will expect to be met. Contractor, ktry refers to equivalent solutions, it is obliged to demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor has attached to the offer a list of equivalent solutions, as appropriate, together with their description or standards. 4. The Ordering Party allows equivalent solutionse to the described standards, certificates, technical assessments, approvals and technical specifications.
