Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a new septic tanker for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Usug Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. in Gryfino in the form of leasing with the option of purchase.2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver a new slurry tanker at the Ordering Party's Transport Base located in Gryfino at ul. Targowa 9; from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.3. The Ordering Party requires that, together with the delivery of the car, it must provide the Ordering Party with: 1) approval certificate or an extract from the approval certificate; 2) Owner's manual for the delivered vehicle; 3) Warranty card for the delivered vehicle; 4) Spare parts catalog for the delivered vehicle; 5) Documents confirming that the offered vehicle meets exhaust gas purity standards. All documents must be prepared in Polish or translated into Polish.4. On the day of handing over the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to train the Ordering Party's employees at the place of delivery in the field of vehicle operation. 5.
