Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of NGFW edge devices in accordance with the subject matter of the order described in Volumes II and III of the SWZ.
7 Terms of Order Specification (SWZ):
Contractors who meet the participation conditions may apply for the contract
in proceedings regarding capacity technical or professional.
The contractor will meet the condition if:

1.1 demonstrates that in the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of running the business is shorter - during this period, he performed, and in the case of services repeated or continuous also performs at least two deliveries that meet the requirements separately:
a) the subject of each supply was/is the supply of network security devices,
b) the value of each delivery was/is not less than PLN 2,000,000.00 gross.
In case for services still being provided, the value of each supply must refer to the part already provided and not the entire scope of the supply, including the future unrealized scope. In the case of services that are still being performed, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of each of these deliveries be completed at least to the required extent to demonstrate compliance with the condition for participation in the proceedings.
