Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of nitrogen mineral fertilizer for IUNG PIB in Puawy, RZD Wielichowo.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.4. The offered fertilizers must meet the requirements of the Act of July 10, 2007 on fertilizers and fertilization (Journal of Laws 2024, item 105, as amended) and implementing regulations issued on its basis, in particular regarding the conditions and procedure for marketing substances supporting plant cultivation and quality requirements.5. The delivered subject of the order must have the approvals, permits or certificates provided for by law and contain: 1) appropriate marking in accordance with applicable legal regulations; 2) packaging ensuring proper protection against damage during transport and in accordance with the carrier's requirements. In case of negligence, all resulting costs will be charged to the Contractor.6. Fertilizers should comes from current production and has a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of delivery.7.
