Description:

In particular in law energy and in the RES Act, in accordance with applicable ordinances to the abovementioned of the laws and the principles set out in the concessions and planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ,

The supply of electricity is understood as direct electricity sales by the Contractor for the benefit of the Ordering Party and the transfer of electricity ownership in the supply places (PPE) listed in Annex 12 to SWZ in the quantities indicated by the measuring and billing systems together with the provision of commercial balance service.
3. The volume of energy consumption throughout the whole The order processing period will be 39 536 MWH +/- 10 % (max 43 490 MWh), including:
a) 2 544 MWH +/- 10 % (max 2 798 MWh) at 2025;
b) 17 615 MWH +/- 10 % (max 19 377 MWh) at 2026;
c) 19 377 MWH +/- 10 % (max 21 315 MWh) at 2027.
A detailed list of electricity consumption points is an attachment No. 12 to SWZ.
