The subject of the contract is the delivery of students to primary schools in the Jarocin commune with providing the carrier's care, i.e. to the Primary School Father Jan Twardowski No. 3 in Jarocin, School Complex in Witaszyce, Primary School Helena MoszczeΕska in Golin, the School Complex in Mieszkanie, Primary School Bohaterow Westerplatte in Cielcza.
Delivery of disabled students with providing care by the carrier to the School Complex No. 5 in Jarocin, a private kindergarten with Marcinek Integration Departments in Jarocin, the Special School Complex in Jarocin, the Academy Good education CzesΕaw Niemen in Jarocin, Private Kindergarten "Akademia Krasnali" from the department integration and departure special in Jarocin.
Delivery of students to schools in the Jarocin commune from 01/09/2025 to 26/06/2026 will take place in accordance with the routes: Annex 13.
Condition The technical bus providing the service must be confirmed by relevant technical inspection documents, paid for liability insurance and NNW - on the day of signing the contract.
The contracting authority reserves the right to randomly check the technical condition of buses during the school year.
Performer He will be obliged to submit car registration documents every six months, documents confirming the payment for civil liability insurance and NNW and a technical inspection.
