The subject of the order is:
Delivery of nonwoven or foil products.
Task 1 - Cardiology procedure kit - Department of Electrocardiology (Electrocardiotherapy Laboratory)
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b to the SWZ.
Task. 1 - Cardiology treatment kit - Electrocardiology Department (Electrocardiotherapy Laboratory)
3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order:
1) the offered medical device must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with legal provisions requiring possession ofobtaining approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered medical device must be placed on the market and used in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),
3) the offered medical device must meet the standards or technical specificationsin force for this product;
If the offered medical device does not require notification to the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, the Contractor is obliged to perform all activities at its own expense and on its ownnecessary to fulfill all legal requirements related to placing the product on the market and for use in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to perform such activities within the deadlines specified in applicable regulations and to provide the Ordering Party with appropriate information within these deadlines...
