- The Employer invites you to submit an offer for a delivery, the subject of the contract, offer form, purchase order design and general terms of the order for deliveries can be found in the Annex tab. The operation should be placed via the Company's purchasing platform, only from your own profile registered on the purchasing platform by attaching the offer form in the Annex tab. It is recognized that a person posting all documents, applications, notifications and offers on the Company's purchasing platform is authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. Documents requiring signatures of persons representing the contractor must be submitted:- in electronic form- a scan (with visible signatures of people representing the contractor) or in an electronic form provided with a qualified electronic signature. Documents must be the appropriate quality of the minimum 150 DPI (enabling reading of the content contained in the document. The application allows the possibility of awarding the contractor, which will submit the most favorable offer of the purchase procedure based on § 7 (2) point 6) of the Regulations of the Sewage in the Capital City of Warsaw S.A. public procurement not covered by the obligation to apply the Public Procurement Law - edition 01 (published on the website wwww.mpwik.com.pl.)
