12 EveryoneThe nutrition voucher must entitle its holder to receive, at the appropriate point indicated in the contract, upon submission of this voucher at the above point, a ready preventive meal, while maintaining the requirements specified in art. 232 of the Labor Code and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 281996 on preventive meals and drinks (Journal of Laws No. 60, item 279), in particular with a caloric value of approx. 1000 kcalspecified above, with a value equal to the nominal value of the voucher.
3. The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the draft contract (Annex 7 to SWZ).
Delivery of nutritional vouchers.
1. The subject of the contract is a successive delivery to the recipient of the supply of nutritional billsin an amount of 3,421,271 pieces that meet the requirements of the Employer, as well as ensuring the possibility of implementing the above vouchers, on the conditions specified in the contract.
