- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of occupational health and safety clothing for the needs of organizational units of the State Forests in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The subject of the order was divided into 9 parts. The description of the subject of the order for each part is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Quantities of the assortment for each part specified in Annex No. 2 (assortment and price form). The given quantities of the subject of the order constitute the maximum quantity of the subject of the order that the Ordering Party can order and are used to compare and evaluate offers. The terms of execution of the order are included in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ - draft contract.

The quantities of the assortment for each part are specified in Annex No. 2 (form assortment and price).
