1. The subject of the order is:
A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Ordering Party, as part of part No. 1 of the procedure, constitutes Annex No. 1a to the SWZ.
b) Concerns part 2 of the proceedings "Delivery of 5 off-road vehicles with dog kennels." A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Ordering Party, as part of part No. 2 of the procedure, constitutes Annex No. 1b to the SWZ.
2. All vehicles delivered will have the status of an emergency vehicle in road traffic in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 20 off-road vehicles.
2. All vehicles delivered will have the status of an emergency vehicle in road traffic in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
