1. PACKAGE 1 Office supplies2. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Price Form. 3. The types and names of manufacturers given in the SWZ are examples and should be treated as non-binding. The parameters of the standard indicated by the Ordering Party present the technical, operational, usable, functional and other features relevant to the subject of the order, while the indicated brand or trade name determines the class of the product, not a specific manufacturer. The contractor may offer equivalent products, provided that they have technical parameters no worse than those described and given in the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for equivalent consumables, provided that these products have identical or better parameters (ink/toner capacity, efficiency, print quality) in relation to original products made by the device manufacturer and do not cause any negative symptoms and displaying warning messages; 5. The contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the delivery item offered by him meets the requirements specified by Ordering party...
