Description: 1) The subject of the order is the supply of office and metal furniture to the new headquarters of the Faculty of Philology of the University of Silesia at University Street 4 in Katowice, referred to in Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Furniture". The offered furniture must be brand new and unused, derived from ongoing production (production year - no earlier than 2020), have relevant certificates and approvals allowing furniture for sale and use in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide a free warranty service of furniture.
2) The scope of the contract includes: Purchase of furniture along with their delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading, contributing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (in accordance with the arrangement project made available after the conclusion of the contract), as well as assembly.
