Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of clerical and office materials directly to the units and cells indicated in Annex No. 2 to the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ in accordance with the current needs of the Police Headquarters in Łodź and the garrison units in Łodź, the Board in Łodź of the Central Police Investigation Bureau, The Łodź Department of the Police Internal Affairs Bureau and the Łodź Department of the CBZC Central Bureau, according to the assortment, quantity and quality requirements indicated in the Assortment and Price Form according to Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The unit prices given in the Assortment and Price Form will not change at all times duration of the contract, subject to clause 10 of the contract template according to Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. In the proposed unit prices, the Contractor will include all costs related to transport, unloading and bringing the subject of the order to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party in the order, in accordance with Annex No. 2 (List of delivery places and their addresses) to the contract template - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
