- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of office and stationery materials.2. The Contractor's obligations will include providing the Ordering Party with its own transport and at its own expense, together with bringing in office and stationery materials, specified in Annex No. 3a to SWZ, to the place (room) indicated by the Ordering Party in the building of the Marshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship at Okopowa 21/27, Okopowa 19, Augustyskiego 2, Augustyskiego 1, Rwna 19/21, Rzenicka 58 in Gdask, Jaracza 18A in Supsko, in quantities determined according to the current needs of the Ordering Party.3. Deliveries will be made successively, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, on the basis of orders issued each time, specifying the assortment and quantity of ordered materials.4. Dimensions of the subject of the order mentioned in The material and price form, constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ, should be read with a tolerance of +/- 10% from the dimensions given for a given item. Difference in the above-mentioned limits may not result in loss of functionality of the subject of the order.5. Transport and packaging costs covered by the Contractor.6. The delivered materials must be brand new and free from legal and physical defects.7....
