Description:
The subject of the contract is: A project co-financed by the EU and the state budget entitled "Establishment of the Silesian Center for Infectious Diseases in the Upper Silesian Medical Center named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice" Delivery of office equipment task 1. Photocopier; task 2. Syloudspeaker stem, back 3. Projector; 4. Projection screen The Ordering Party allows partial tenders. Parts of the order are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 4. The Employer informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 4 tasks (without limiting the number ofthese tasks per one Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix 2b to the ToR. The contracting authority may cancel a contract award procedure if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the contract were notknown, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in the announcement
