- The subject of the order is: delivery along with the assembly of office furniture, desks with electric height adjustment of the countertop, chairs and rotary seats for the Warsaw University of Technology Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in volume II (SOPZ) and volume III (IPU).
• offered furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production not earlier than 2024);
• The contractor is obliged to provide a free warranty service during the warranty period;
• The subject of the contract includes delivery, unloading, and contribution to the place indicated by the contracting authority and furniture assembly;
• assembly should be understood as complete preparation of furniture for use, i.e. folding, twisting, setting, hanging, leveling all elements included in the subject of the contract;
• fabric colors, frames, upholstery, plates, handles and other elements of the equipment will be selected after selecting the Contractor, from among the range of available colors offered by the manufacturer in the category of the subject of the contract meeting the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party;
• in the event that the Employer in the description of the subject of the contract specifies the permissible tolerance margin or minimum/maximum range of dimensions, the parameters of the offered furniture should be located within the compartments and ranges indicated by the contracting authority, under pain of rejecting the offer;
