Description:
1 Chairs, Task No. 2 - Delivery of office furniture, Task No. 3 - Delivery of a desk. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found w Annex 2 to SWZ, which is also a price form (according to the task). 3. The proposed assortment should be factory -new, approved for use on the European Union market, corresponding to applicable standards. The contracting authority allows the folding and installation of furniture on the spot Deliveries within 2 business days of delivery.
2. The contracting authority requires submitting with the offer:
1) in question, in this price form, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ;
2) a declaration of not being subject to exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings on the form Uniform European Order Document ("Eat"), drawn up in accordance with the template of the standard form specified in the Commission Executive Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5 January 2016 establishing the standard form of a uniform European order document (Journal of Laws of EU L 3 from 06.01.2016, p. 16). The Employer will provide the Contractors, eat for filling. Eat pre -prepared by the Ordering Party for this procedure constitutes Annex 3 to SWZ;
3) a declaration of non -exclusion of exclusion Annex 8 to SWZ;
