Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of office software for the KWP in Łodź and its subordinate units. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order in an amount consistent with the quantities indicated in the description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 2 to SWZ. The subject of the order must be fully consistent with the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), free from physical and legal defects. The Contractor guarantees that he has taken possession of the goods constituting the subject of the order and bears all fees provided for by law. Licenses provided software will authorize the Ordering Party to download patches and update the software without time limit starting from the date of delivery of the software in a way that does not infringe the rights of the creators and copyright holders and does not limit the Ordering Party's rights to use this software in accordance with the purpose of the contract. The parties provide for the possibility of extending the purchase with an additional order under the option right of a maximum of 50 items, if the ordering party has funds earmarked for the implementation of the optional order.
