Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of office materials, consumables and office equipment, in accordance with the description indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the quantities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the contract template, to the Regional Branch of KRUS in Bydgoszcz, Branch KRUS Field Office in Grudzidz and KRUS Field Office in Wocawko.2. The subject of the order will be performed at the expense and risk of the Contractor.3. The contractor before delivering the pens and materials from item 126 to 131 of Annex 1 to the contract will present them to the Ordering Party visualization for approval. The sample of this assortment is included in Annex No. 2 to the contract, while a detailed list of prints is included in Annex No. 5 to the contract.4. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party by phone or e-mail to the following address: lukasz.kasiorkiewicz@krus.gov.pl about the delivery date to individual locations specified in point 1 of the contract.
