Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of office supplies. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 2 to this Specification of Order Terms. The Contractor guarantees that the subject of the order is brand new, free from physical and legal defects. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the ToR. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor included a list of solutions with the offer equivalents together with their description or standards. Detailed issues regarding the deadlines for the implementation of the contract are regulated in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
