- 1. The subject of the order is: delivery of office supplies divided into ten parts. Part No. 1 purchase of photocopier paper. The delivered goods must meet all parameters, be brand new and free from defects and have intact features of the original packaging. The contractor undertakes to provide new materials, incl. first category and unused in original collective packaging with a clear description - characteristics of the goods with indication of the manufacturer. The contractor is responsible for the quality and compliance of the goods with the technical and quality conditions specified for the subject of the contract. Due care is required fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract. The subject of the order should meet specific requirements contained in the Polish Standards transposing European harmonized standards2. Equivalent solutions. The offered subject of the order cannot differ in quality from the products listed in column 2 of the Form. pricing. Additionally, the Contractor is obliged to add in column 3 data clearly defining the offered product, providing the name of the offered goods/manufacturer and a marking that will allow for unambiguous identification of the product.
