- The subject of the order is: - Delivery of office materials for the needs of the departments of the Municipal Office in Gliwice and municipal organizational units in 2026. The description of the subject of the order is included in the following attachments: - Appendix No. 5 - price form. Office materials offered by the Seller: - they must be brand new and free from defects and must have the manufacturer's original packaging, they must not bear signs of use and they must be of first-class quality, i.e. without deformation, not mechanically damaged, complete, - they must be provided with labels identifying each product, - materials office supplies with a limited shelf life must have a shelf life of at least 6 months, counting from the date of delivery. The Ordering Party allows for independent packaging by the Contractor if, during the execution of the contract, quantities other than the manufacturer's collective packaging are ordered. The articles offered by the Contractor must be admitted to trading in the European Union and meet the requirements specified in the regulations and standards in force during the period of implementation of the contract.
