- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase + transport + delivery) of office supplies in the range and quantities indicated in the Description of the subject of the order, which is an annex to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. However, the ordering party did not divide the procedure into parts however, this order is part of an order for the supply of office supplies, which was covered by separate proceedings, the total value of which was estimated at over PLN 130,000. The order covered by this procedure is available to small and medium-sized enterprises, as indicated by its estimated value. at a level not exceeding the statutory threshold. 3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation to personally perform the key part of the order by the Contractor. The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor. The contractor should indicate in his offer the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust subcontractors and provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Entrusting the performance of part of the order to subcontractors does not release the contractor from responsibility for proper performance orders.
