- 1. The order covered the delivery of official jackets in olive color.
2. The subject of uniforms provided as part of the contract must come from current production and must be new and in line with the requirements of the Employer.
3. The implementation of the order is covered by the requirements arising from the Actof November 17, 2006 on the system of assessing the compliance of products intended for the purposes of defense and state security (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747) and executive provisions issued on its basis. The authority exercising on behalf of the Minister of the Interior and Administration SupervisionOver the activities related to the product being introduced is the director of the "Moratex" Institute of Security Technology with its registered office in ΕodΕΊ at ul. M. SkΕodowska Curie 3.
4. Before submitting the offer, the Contractor may view at the headquarters of the Ordering Party (00-463 Warsaw, ul. PodchorΔ ΕΌych 38) template of the jacketofficial in olive color currently used by Border Guard officers (after prior agreement on the date of the visit to the person authorized to communicate with contractors).
5. The contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to implementthe subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
6. After signing the contract, and before launching the production, the Contractor will be obliged to provide the template of the subject of the contract together with the required documents - in accordance with Β§2 of the draft contract constituting an attachmentnr... - Documents:
