Description: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of petroleum and chemical products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party in the "description of the order" constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the audit in Chapter III. 1 SWZ.
2. The Employer provides for the possibility of using the right of options (Article 31 (2) of UPZP) consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the order specified in the assortment and quantities in the paragraph table. 1 Column No. 3 - Row "Quantity of the base" - Guaranteed artist, maximum number indicated in the table column no. 3 - line "Quantity in options".
3. Products can not be in the test phase.
4. The Ordering Party described the subject of the order by reference to standards. The Employer therefore indicates that it allows equivalent solutions to the described standards.
