- Subject of the order
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of oil and chemical products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer included in the "description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in chapter IV SWZ,The quantities included in the option in the table in Chapter IV para. 2 SWZ, in the "quantity in options" column, they can be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV para. 2 SWZ, in the "basic amount" column in the event of an existence, in this respect of the needs of the Ordering Party.
About the intentionexercising the right of options, together with the amount of the ordered subject of the contract and the place of its delivery, the Employer will inform the Contractor (in writing or E - e -mail) within the time limit specified in the "planned provisions of the contract" constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
2. The contracting authority described the subjectorders by reference to standards. The contracting authority therefore indicates that it allows solutions equivalent to the described standards.
