• The subject of the contract is the supply of oil and chemical products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer included in the "description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter IV SWZ, with the quantities includedIn the option in the table in Chapter IV para. 2 SWZ, in the "quantity in options" column, they can be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV para. 2 SWZ, in the "basic amount" column in the event of the needs of the Ordering Party in this respect. About the intention to exercise the right of optionsAlong with the amount of the ordered subject of the contract and the place of its delivery, the Employer will inform the Contractor (in writing or by e-mail or fax) within the time limit specified in the "contractual provisions" constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
