- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of oil and marane specifics in accordance with the order documents. The subject of the contract was divided into 6 tasks (parts).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the contract documents - the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3a to SWZ
(in relation to task from No. 1 to No. 4 and Annex 3B to SWZ (in relation to Task No. 5 and 6).
3. Information on the type and number of individual assortment within each task was specified in Annex 2 to SWZ constituting the order document.
4. The contracting authority requires submitting with the offer of the subjective measures specified in the contract documents (specification of the terms of the contract)
Task no
1. The subject of the contract is delivery - kerosene -remover that meets the requirements specified in the order documentation
2. Detailed description of the subject Orders were specified in Annex 3a to SWZ.
3. Information on the type and the number of assortment obtained under the order are specified in Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. The terms of the contract are specified in the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU) constituting Annex 3a to SWZ.
