Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of petroleum products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party "as an Annex No. 7 A, B and C to SWZ and in accordance with the statement specified in Chapter IV SWZ, wherein the quantities included in the option in Table in Chapter IV par. 2 SWZ, in the "Quantity" column, can be used after completing the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV. 2 SWZ, in the "Basic Quantity" column in the situation of the ordering party's needs. About the intention to take advantage of the right of options referred to in art. 31 para. 2 of the PZP Law, together with the number of the order ordered and the place of its delivery, the contracting authorities will inform the Contractor (in writing or by e-mail or fax) up to 30 days from the date of signing the contract.
