The subject of the contract is the supply of oil products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer included in the "description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter IV para. 2. SWZ, with the quantities included in the optionIn the table in Chapter IV para. 2. SWZ, in the "quantity in options" column can be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV para. 2.
About the intention to exercise the right of options togetherWith the amount of the ordered subject of the contract and the place of its delivery, the Employer will inform the Contractor (in writing or E - email or fax) within the time limit specified in the "contractual provisions" constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
