- 1. The subject of the contract covered the purchase of the following assortment:
- Olive service pants in the amount of 2275 pieces as part of the basic order- olive business pants in an amount of up to 2250 pieces as part of the order covered by the option of options.
2. Delivered as part of the implementationOrders The item must be new and must come from current production. Items made under the right of the option must be identical to the subject provided as part of the basic order.
3. The minimum required warranty period for each subject of the contract is 24 months from the date of its issuefrom the warehouse for use, while the period of its storage by the Ordering Party in the warehouse is a maximum of 5 years. In the event of issuing the subject of the contract for use after the period of its storage period, the warranty referred to above ceases to apply. Extending the warranty periodIt is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers.
4. The Contractor will provide the Employer with documents (referred to in the draft contract) to the Employer confirming that the subject of the contract (finished product) meets the technical and utility requirements specified by the contracting authority.
5. After signing the contract, beforeby launching production, the Contractor will provide the contracting authority with a template for the subject of the contract (2 copies) with documents.
