Description:
a) The subject of the order is the supply of oncological drugs for SPZOZ in Krotoszyn - package No. 1 - 26, according to the Price Form - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Offers should be submitted for all items in package no.: 1-26. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers as part of the entire specified packages in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all tasks, at the Contractor's discretion. h) A detailed description of the subject of the order, a description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
