1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new telescopic loader, manufactured in 2025. 2. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the items of the order to the Ordering Party's headquarters at ul. Szymony 17a in Zakopane (Maopolskie Voivodeship) at your own expense on the date of collection of the item agreed by the parties orders. 3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: Ordering Party's requirements: 1. brand new machine, year of production min. 20252. Minimum load capacity of 3,000 kg3. Maximum lifting height in the range of 7-8 m.4. Diesel engine, with a power of not less than 100 HP and not more than 120 HP 5. Gearbox Power Shift6. Drive 4 x 47.
