Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one factory new Mega bus with electric drive with a mobile charger for the needs of public transport in Suwałki.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. If during the contract, after signing Agreements, legal provisions will be announced introducing new technical requirements and mandatory standards, the Contractor will introduce them in vehicles before transferring buses to the Ordering Party.
