Description:
1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery by the Contractor to the Employer A single range for the Cardiac Surgery Department (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) such and in the quantities given
arrhythmias of the heart, compatible with RF ablation electrodes (hereinafter referred to as the lease) described in detail in Annex 6 to SWZ, as well as other obligations arising from the contract aimed at enabling the Ordering Party to use the goods and leased device- (The lease applies to task - task No. 18 item 2), in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
Task No. 3 - As part of the implementation of this Agreement, during its validity, the Contractor will lend the Employer Holder (hereinafter: as: lending) - 1 piece
The procedures referred to in art. a He will then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest assessed in the scope of no grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
